Escorted by a pair of tugboats the 863 foot American President Lines container ship APL Singapore enters San Francisco Bay as the final vessel in the 2008 San Francisco Festival of Sail Parade of Ships. The APL Singapore can carry the equivalent of 5,100 20-foot containers and travels monthly to Los Angeles and Oakland from ports in China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan.
